PRPCF1 wide cap frame on Brother PR600 PR620 PR650 PR655

Maximize your PR series 6 needles machine’s ability. This video shows how to use PRPCF1 – 270 degree wide cap frame on PR600, PR600II, PR620, PR650, PR655. Maximum sewing area up to 11″ W x 3″ H(300 mm x 75 mm). PRPCF1 from Brother is only design for PR1000/ PR1000e machine. Maximum sewing area is 360 mm x 60 mm (14″ x 2.16″).

You can make your own dream cap hoop
1. Find something to press down the hoop sensor (tape it maybe, I use a piece of metal hook)
2. remove the magnet sensor for PRCF3 and PRPCF1 (PRCF2 doesn’t have this sensor).
3. Machine will detect frame is a LL frame 11.8″ x 7.9″ attached on your machine.
4. Trace sewing area and make sure the red point on cap frame is centered. 5. Carefully test your design sewing area and every time cap frame hit machine just turn off and then turn on the machine. (Machine will back to original center.)

There are so many machine owners don’t even know how to set up cap frame driver and we spent a lot of time to explain how. Now we only teach cap frame set at our store(free). You needs to know your machine very well to be able to use this way do caps.
